This heart shaped locket that actually opens for that special keepsake is double sided and gives you the choice of either a satin finish or a high polish one. The pendant features a divine shiny diamond on each side and is made of sterling silver.
The heart measures 15mm down the middle by 15mm across the widest part and comes complete on a 16" silver snake chain.
